Pay structure and employment conditions

Here is a detailed breakdown of how remuneration is built and how payments are processed. Everything below is official and fixed in the contract:

Payment schedule

Advance (40–50%) paid by the 15th of each month, final balance paid by the 30th/31st after timesheet/mission validation and payslip signature.

Payment methods

Bank transfer to any French account (LCL, BNP Paribas, Société Générale, Crédit Agricole, La Banque Postale, Caisse d'Épargne, Revolut). CDI positions include an official payslip with all mandatory social and tax deductions under French Labour Law.

Formalising commitments

Salary level is discussed individually during the recruitment interview and then confirmed in writing (job offer, CDI, CDD or assignment contract) BEFORE any work starts.

Benefits and training

For CDI positions: paid leave (25 working days/year), paid sick leave, URSSAF contributions, statutory pension and company mutual insurance. First-time applicants without experience get a free 3–5 day on-the-job training with an allowance.

Withholding tax & reporting

The employer acts as tax collector: PAYE income tax (10–25% per scale), social contributions and statutory pension are deducted at source. A payslip is provided each month and the DSN is sent monthly to URSSAF.
