General terms of service
These General Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of the DomicileGO website and all associated services. By accessing the website or submitting an online application, you accept, without reservation, all of the following clauses in full.
1. Purpose — Nature of the service
The website is an informational and professional recruitment platform published by SARL DomicileGO France. It advertises remote, hybrid and part-time employment opportunities in France and Europe, and collects applications from job seekers. The platform is neither a temporary-work agency, a “private employment office” nor a public-service job centre.
2. Access — Eligibility criteria
Any natural person wishing to use the application and recruitment-matching services must be at least 22 years old at the time of submitting their file, and hold a valid right to work in France (French/EU citizenship, residence permit + work authorisation, or \"salarié\" residence card). Users undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when submitting their file. Any false statement (fake identity, incorrect age, invalid contact details, fraudulent work paperwork) may result in immediate deletion of the application, without prejudice to any civil or criminal liability proceedings.
3. User obligations — Prohibited conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from: attempting any intrusion into the information system, databases or administration area; using robots, scrapers, automated scripts or DDoS / brute-force tools; unlawfully collecting data from other users or from the publisher; publishing or sending defamatory, abusive or unlawful content contrary to French public policy (Art. 24 of the French Press Act of 29 July 1881) or infringing third-party rights; failing to comply with the French Labour Code and ethical recruitment practices.
4. Publisher liability
The publisher endeavours to keep the site available 24/7, except in cases of force majeure, scheduled maintenance or technical incidents beyond its control. The publisher shall not be held liable for temporary unavailability, data loss or external attacks, nor for the final outcome of a recruitment process: the hiring decision (contract type — CDI / CDD / wage portage, remuneration, probationary period) lies exclusively with the employer.
5. User and applicant liability
The user is solely responsible for his or her use of the service and for the information communicated. It is the applicant's duty to verify compatibility of the offer with his or her personal situation (residence permit in France, unemployment registration, health insurance, CPF training rights if applicable). The conclusion of an employment or service contract between the applicant and an employer is the exclusive responsibility of both contracting parties.
6. Intellectual property (FIPC)
All content on the site is protected by the French Intellectual Property Code (FIPC). Except with the prior written authorisation of the publisher, any reproduction, extraction, making available to the public, modification or creation of derivative works, in whole or in part, is prohibited and may be punished under Articles L. 335-2, L. 335-3 and L. 335-7 of the FIPC (fines up to €300,000 and custodial sentences).
7. Links to third-party services (WhatsApp, etc.)
The site may link to external services (Meta WhatsApp, partner company portals). The publisher has no control over the content, privacy policies or terms of use of these third-party resources and accepts no liability for them. Conversations on WhatsApp are governed by the terms of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.
8. Amending the Terms of Service
The publisher reserves the right to amend these ToS at any time, to reflect technical, case-law or legislative developments (in particular new GDPR provisions, reforms of the French Labour Code). The version applicable is the one displayed on the date of connection and submission of the form. Any change is brought to the attention of users by being published online.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
These ToS are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable settlement, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of SARL DomicileGO France, in accordance with Articles L. 311-5 et seq. of the French Judicial Organisation Code. Consumers may also use alternative dispute resolution: referral to a consumer mediator (CMNC — www.mediation-consommation.eu).
